I always tip.
I also get stiffed on tips… that is the nature of working for tips.
Saying you deserve x amount as a tip is a fee not a tip.

For ports, i just bring them the regents to make a port 
no reason i should tip if i gave you everything you need to port me.

I think it’s clear the OP is in the wrong here. If they want 20g minimum, then it’s a fee, not a tip. Pretty cut and dry.
Also OP, you are nothing special and there are probably many other enchanters on your server with better customer service so don’t expect that behavior to win you any customers. They will just go to your competition.
