Blizzard, can we get something done about these gold spamming bots in trade channel? Dreamscythe is littered with them. I’ve reported multiple of them every single day. Your automated system only seems to work against players when mass reporting happens because almost everyone is reporting them as soon as they start spamming. Brand new named characters spamming trade chat 5 times at a time, every minute. It’s getting old to have to constantly put players on ignore and report.
Do your job, that’s what we’re paying you for.

They delete the character then make one with the same name after posting. They have to dmca their website.
It was really bad over the three day weekend. It’s wild a person can get reported for saying something people don’t agree with in chat and get silenced immediately, but they cannot stop the RMT traders. It’s infuriating.
Boosting in trade/LFG really needs to be stomped out also, it’s getting crazy to not be able to use the channels for what they are intended for, even when blizz caved and gave them a “services” channel.

Just right click on name, then click on ignore.
they also send you mail and whisper you, same with the boosters
Blizz couldnt even stop the bots on D2, you really think they gonna do anything now? They dont care
Right-Click —> Report —> Inappropriate Communication and/or Cheating.
…but Bottomchad says this isn’t happening on Dreamscythe?
It’s 100% on Dreamscythe. There are currently 3 different ones spamming.
They’ll ban players and not a bot because your $15 a month is not as good as their $600 for their 40 accounts they pay for.
