If you really want to try and make some gold this far into the xpac (with a profession), Level Jewelcrafting.
You only need 100 knowledge points to fill the three skill nodes that let you make rings and necks. (40 in Jewelcrafting, 30 in Amulets, and 30 in Rings)
Get the free 350 acuity quest from Roldira, get your blue JC tool made.
Fly around the world, get the items scattered around (there’s lists for these with coordinates) that give you free KP. (WeeklyKnowledge addon will tell you what you’re missing)
Do your patron orders every day at 11am EST when they reset.
Do your weekly treasure points from the disturbed earth. As well as your weekly artisan quest. Get a treatise made.
If you have your rep leveled up, get the 50 acuity 10KP books from the rep vendors (including undermine).
Sit in dorn and craft rings/necks for people in /trade.
You could probably be making money within a week or so.
