Been a LONG time since I’ve played, but I have some characters on Ysera that I want to delete, but they have a decent amount of gold built up. Is there any way to send it to my character on Dragonblight?

Not directly. You basically have two options.
The first is to transfer a character with all of the gold over. (You can now mail cross faction to your own characters if they are on the same server, so a faction mismatch isn’t a problem.)
The next is to use battle pets. Basically, you use gold to buy up battle pets on the realm you want to move gold off of. Then, you cage them up on the realm you want to gold and put them on the AH. This method requires some research so you don’t lose money and also requires patience as it may take a bit to actually sell the pets.
The other thing to look into is if there are account bound items that you want that you can buy with gold. For example, when I had a server I no longer planned to play on, I used that gold to upgrade a bunch of my heirlooms. If there are any vendor mounts or other such stuff you want, use the gold on that.
