I am planning to roll a new warrior main on Tuesday and take up the mantle of tanking. I haven’t tanked since Wrath and back then I only did heroics and all it amounted to just spamming swipe forever.
Aside from the obvious of reading guides and learning to play my class, is there any advice/tips/suggestions for how to be a good tank, and what to expect?
The warrior discord has a list of spells Effected by spell reflection.

Yeah just go to the warrior discord. Forums are generally a bad place for this kind of stuff.
In b4 “Warrior is a free win” by people who post dumb stuff like that on everything.

What you won’t read in a guide:
Learn patience and be prepared for the occasional goof. It happens, you miss an interrupt or screw up a pull, etc. Learn from it and move on, don’t kick yourself over it. Tanks aren’t perfect, no one is.
Be decisive. Better to make a bad decision than no decision. Not sure what or how to pull? Make a call and just pull it (assuming the group is ready). You can spend 5 minutes talking about it, or just pull it and figure things out.
Don’t take things personally, i.e., grow thick skin. It sounds cliche but it’s true. As a tank you can literally find another group in the time it takes to hearth out. You are a group magnet and aren’t obligated to deal with anyone’s prolonged crap. But I’m also not implying you should be a jerk. Be confident but not cocky. You set the pace, and the tone.
Fake it until you make it. Especially true since you’re relearning to tank.
Last but not least, have fun with it. It’s not a job, it’s the same game you’ve been playing.
