Was this removed? I was able to skip all the intro stuff and go straight to Korthia one one alt, but today on a new 60, I didn’t get the option from Bolivar and now have to start from scratch with Torghast and no mount in Maw, Jailer eye and the whole 9 yards.
EDIT: After I did the Find Baine quest in Torghast, I was able to skip ahead to Korthia. My previous alt did not have to do the Baine quest.

I just started another level 50 grind to 60. I was able to bypass The Maw intro, but ended it after I chose my Covenant. Will see what happens when I hit 60.
Going straight to shelf on alts.
If it’s been changed, it’s one I missed.
From my personal experience:
Once you hit 60, you select your covenant, then go to their zone to meet them. Immediately after doing that breadcrumb quest, you can return to Bolvar, and skip to Korthia. It’s unavailable before you do the covenant quest Oribos → Covenant location meeting.
i hit 60 2 days ago and was able to go to korthia. sorry, i forgot who i talked to with the option to skip but it’s available
I just got an alt to 60 yesterday; after doing the covenant intro conversations, I was sent to talk to Bolvar and got the skips both for Torghast and straight to Korthia.
Now I still have to do the mission chain leading up to being able to turn in research though.
To add some clarity when a toon reached max level regardless of if you did Threads of Fate or leveled though the story you will need to go visit your covenant sanctum.
IMPORTANT:
At this point you will start the first chapter of your covenant campaign while also being offered the choice to skip this rather long chapter entirely. If you do not stake this skip now you will need to do the whole of chapter one.
For added clarity this is the intro that everyone was put though that introduces SL systems like Renown, Soulbinds ect. It is started after you do two rituals to acquire your covenant abilities. This chapter also has you visit the Maw, obtain your Soul Keeper from Ve’nari. Over all this this can take as little as 30 minutes or over an hour depending on gear and how fast of a quester you are. If you are on an alt this chapter isn’t anything you haven’t seen before other then possibly having some different dialogue in a new covenant.
Regardless I would recommend skipping this tedious tutorial.
After skipping all of this and meeting with your soulbind (which is required to activate it) you will be able to return to Oribos and Polemarch Adrestes and Bolvar should be waiting in The Enclave to start Chains of Domination. You may need to log in and out once you are finished at your covenant sanctum to get Bolvar and Adrestes to update in Oribos.
