Don’t worry the game has no class fantasy and it makes no difference what class you’re playing everyone has copy pasted experience/story.
The Paladins and Reds should’ve wiped y’all out after Legion. Just sayin’. 
She probably wont be any more upset with DKs than she’s previously been with any green Orcs that were part of a Horde that imprisoned her and used her children as mounts of war.
That’s a really interesting point. I realize the effort to code everything from NPC reactions, quest texts, etc. specific to your class would be ridiculous, but how cool would that be? The quest giver is going to have to work with you, but it would be awesome for them to, say, treat deathknights dramatically differently from druids.
Kind of reminds me about at the end of the Deathknight intro questline walking through Stormwind and everyone spitting on you and throwing rotten fruit at you until after you speak with Varian.

I actually hope Alexstraza has an interaction special for deathknights. Considering it was her and her dragonflight that saved Bolvar… Who is basically the Lich King and leader of Death Knights power now.

IIRC she actually DOES have some special dialogue to acknowledge DKs who killed everything in the Ruby Sanctum during the DK order hall campaign on the Alpha/Beta.
