After using the Looking for Group tool to form dungeons many, many times on the anniversary realms, it’s hard going back to Era. I was on Era last night looking for a BRD run and it was awful. We ended up not finding enough people and cancelled the run. The tool on Anniversary isn’t invasive or diminishes the effort to run to the dungeon. It just cleans up the mess of forming the group.
I assume Blizzard has no intentions of changing anything on Era. If they implemented the group finder tool, I believe it would be a net positive for Era.

Most of the levelers are in the 10 to 40 range right now, so things are a bit slow in the upper end leveling dungeons. Give us time and we will be flooding the LFG channel with BRD’s

My only issue with ERA is the mail between alts. They made it instant in anniversary.

the anniversary lfg tool has been a godsend. its something that should have existed through the entirety of wows existence, from day one.
there is no downside to implementing this. im sure someone will say how it diminishes the spirit of classic, but to me it sounds weird to want less people to find groups to actually run the content of the game.
it is a net positive all around and would be a major win.

i don’t see how the tool is any better than just spamming LFM in LFG 
it’s not like LFG is too fast on era.
adding the tool to era doesn’t sound like a terrible idea, but once you do that, i guarantee you’ll have people demanding we add daul speck to era too

I like it, if only they can add like gs/logs on mouseover in them and it will be like the m+ retail finder.

It needs some protection from awful only uses auto attacks tanks/shadow priest healers.
og classic literally had a lfg tool since BWL patch, similar to the one we have now lol.
World of Warcraft added the original Looking for Group (LFG) tool in patch 1.6.0, which was released on July 12, 2005.
same patch we got battle masters in cities to que from.

I’ve been thinking about it, but no RP in Anniversary has sucked and all the RP servers on SoD are locked.

but addons are not guaranteed to be used/accessible to all. This is a hard-head ‘no changes’ response with no good reason other than some vague ‘purity’.
Like bro no one is asking for stat tweaks here, and the slippery slope argument is just kinda weak since its a catch-all response to any kind of change.
