About the only fix is to form groups with likeminded people and avoid dungeon finder. Putting timers in dungeons is probably one of the worst things Blizz has done to this game. Funny they spend time trying to slow people down with things like pathfinder, and other gates, but then encourage rushing through stuff with timers lol.
