Deathwing 
I think the ability to fly wins out on this one.
That really hasn’t helped many of Godzilla’s opponents in the past. He’s still managed to win against flying monsters as well.

Neither. They team up to face Mecha-Deathwing, and then Deathwing and Godzilla come to terms with each other, with Deathwing returning to Deepholm to peacefully live out his remaining days.

Depends on the incarnation of Godzilla… but for the vast majority, Deathwing wins out. Only Godzilla Earth would stand a legitimate shot. And I say this as a lifelong Godzilla fan.

Long story short, Godzilla is known for destroying cities by concerted effort. Deathwing permanently destroys and otherwise warps entire ecosystems just by passive proximity. That’s a magnitude or two more powerful than Godzilla.
Again, only that incarnation from Godzilla Earth has a shot.

Fixed that for you.
I’m fairly certain Godzilla could wipe out any city on Azeroth without significant effort due to size, materials, and the overall close-ness of buildings that you don’t really find in modern cities.
Besides, Deathwing is light/small enough to stand on the gates of Stormwind without them crumbling to bits. He’d maybe come up to knee-height for Godzilla, and Godzilla regularly tanks focused energy beams and such without issue and eats nuclear reactors.
A bit of fire from a dragon that is barely hot enough to melt rock isn’t going to phase him.

pretty certain there’s only been 2 Godzilla deaths in his entire history and both of them were children (original godzilla’s child died to Destroyah, and in Godzilla Planet of Monsters, Godzilla Earth’s child was killed by the humans before awakening the big G).
