While looking through the above article on MMO-Champion, I noticed that the Zuldazar map was updated to show a new area called the KaJa’Coast on the Western end on Zuldazar.

Now my assumption is that we are going to have Goblins invading causing trouble and us helping the Zandalari deal with the matter. Perhaps Talanji will then join us in Undermine and potentially beyond?

I mean, maybe, but Undermine is also supposed to be a global trade hub. Probably the global trade hub. There are plenty of non-invadey reasons for them to be connecting with other places.

If I recall correctly we got a snippet in the direct of an opening in the overworld and people speculated it was Zuldazar. This could be that- an entrance, and a Bilgewater operation.

It is near where we had Bilgewater miners during BfA. I highly doubt there will be a goblin invasion.

Maybe it’s the rare Horde storyline where they aren’t the aggressor against the Alliance. Gallywix, using his prior dealings with the place when he was a Horde member, suggests they strike at the place and pillage it for all of its gold and wealth.

That is true. I guess I just figured that if Blizzard was updating an aspect of the Old World, then it was more along the lines of dealing with an enemy invading the place.

Like a Bilgewater operation - Horde only entrance to Undermine?

He had no qualms about attempting to rob the Zandalari when they were direct allies, so him going all out now would make sense (edited).

It’s all just a question of what Blizzard is planning with this update.

He’s supposed to be the final boss, earning the ire of a world power by attacking them would be a good way to end up in everybody’s crosshairs. And the Alliance would likely tagalong too if they got involved in goblin affairs given it would be pretty bad for business.

By goblin law, all Kaja’mite belongs to us!

By goblin law it’s ours for the taking!

Presumably they’re on Zuldazar for the kaja’mite to follow up on the Gorilla Gorge questline. I doubt it’s an invasion though.

Not an invasion, just more Goblin ports being set up most likely

I’m more curious about how the Alliance is suppose to use this to get to Undermine. What, is the Alliance just suppose to sail an entire fleet there and gets its heroes to UM using said new tunnel? I doubt Talanji would appreciate that.

Maybe possible the gorillas with tech in Undermined are from that tribe. :8ball::robot:

I think the entrance we use in the questline will be in the Ringing Deeps.

There’s a train station on Undermines map with several terminals visible. It will probably be “portals” (trains) to several goblin zones similar to the ones to nelf zones in Bel’ameth.

Im pretty sure Blizzard will find a way to show that little drilling cinematic to Alliance so I am still betting we end up there but lets see.

Seems weird to me that the Horde’s main point of entry wouldn’t be at Bilgewater Harbor.

Still though I’m glad for any occasion to revisit Zuldazar. That remains the most beautiful zone they’ve made in ages imo. Shining gold towers peaking out of wildly lush rain forests. I can’t go there and not get distracted just flying around the place.

Shame that’s the only update. If it were up to me I’d have Alexi Barov develop some beachfront property around Torga’s Rest. Doubt the Zandalari are charging much for cursed shoreline and Forsaken looking for a summer home are probably the only demographic who’ll be unbothered by the wafting scent of a murdered god’s carcass.

Isn’t that about where kajamite was discovered back in BfA?

The BFA quests were around here-ish. https://i.imgur.com/kQaAMge.png They’re just on the other side of the mountains from the new area. Last week, MrGM streamed himself going through the files with a model viewer tool and the goblins are digging into that mountain to mine: https://i.imgur.com/8qmZllt.png
