Just tossing this information out there, the most intelligent race on Azeroth is from Goblinanity. The Goblin ingenuity is leagues above anything Gnomes have made.
Why do you think Goblins are the most played short race? Cause we are the best.

The race of gremlins that were dumber than Cobalts until Mimiron used them as Guinea Pigs in his Kaja’mite Ore experiments which gave them unnatural super intelligence they don’t get credit for?

Just throwing this out here… canonically Goblins are becoming dumber by the minute thanks to a shortage of Kajamite:
“The [Zandalari] use kaja’mite for their rituals. Early in their history, the goblins were forced to mine it by the Zandalari who came to Kezan, desiring the mineral for their complex rituals. However, its magic gave them great intelligence and the goblins overthrew the trolls one hundred years before the opening of the [Dark Portal]. So Goblins are actually devolving in intelligence and were originally made what they are by a Mechagnome of sorts.

How was that stupid. A giant titan god offered them untold power and considering they destroyed entire planets I say they were kind of right in accepting him.
Most of the things given to the Dranei were given by the Naaru. They didn’t come up with them on their own. They just learned how to maintain and copy it.
Gnomes are probably the most “intelligent” if we go by inventions. If we go by mastery of difficult magics as a measure of intelligence then humans are probably the most intelligent (Khadgar + Jaina basically eclipse everyone), though we are looking at individuals-only, and someone like Azshara (Naga/former NE) probably deserves mention here too

Draenei are actually highly intelligent, they got some help yes, but that doesn’t mean they weren’t baseline mega-geniuses to begin with.
