Just claimed the drop on twitch on my linked account I got my feldrake and such from, but no item in game.

I did mine hours ago and haven’t received mine either. I’ve received all the other mounts/pets from drops with my linked account as well.

I already put in a ticket with twitch cause I know blizz is going to play pass the buck and tell me I have to contact twitch about it instead.

It can take up to 24 hours for it to show up in your inventory. It just started today. Give it some time. And please, don’t send a ticket in until it’s been at least the 24 hours. GMs cannot award Twitch drops.

Maybe, but the night of Xpac release I got my feldrake mount when I couldn’t even catch the blimp or pick up the quests to get to Dragon Isles, yet it worked then and unlocked right away. I’m going to assume something is broken.
And like I posted above you, GMs cannot do anything about Twitch drops, so your ticket will be telling you exactly that.
It’s in the writing there. The thing just started, give it some time to process.

Back then it was also mentioned as a possibility to take up to 24 hours, and for the vast majority it was indeed just a matter of waiting.
That sometimes you don’t have to wait is usually cause for celebration, not for prematurely thinking something must be wrong.

You’re probably right about the 24 hour thing. I’m just impatient since all the previous 5 were within minutes of claiming on Twitch. I’ll wait and see what happens.

After everything I’ve seen in game and while waiting for maintenance the past 2 days, I’m going to go with my gut something it glitched.
Then you need to file a bug report. Customer Support doesn’t fix bugs. GMs aren’t able to give you the item, or verify that you earned it if you haven’t received it yet.

Same. No item ingame in mail or in toybox, but it shows as claimed on my twitch account.

Until 24 hours have passed, getting all up in arms doesn’t do any good. Just have to have patience. After 24 hours, all of the pitchforks left behind from the Feldrake issues are up for grabs.

Bumping cause it’s well over 24 hours now and still don’t have it. Twitch replied and said 3 different times that since it was claimed and not received this is a blizzard issue and it’s up to them to provide us the item now.

It’s been 24 + for me too. I have received every other twitch drop within 24hrs before, but not the Goblin Weather Machine.

No toy.
Working up to the 30 hour mark now, Twitch has replied in 3 separate emails saying since it is claimed that it is up to blizzards now to send. Blizzard sent me an automated reply with a link to wowhead. I had to reopen the ticket. We’ll see if they get to it in the 4 days it says it will take to reply.
Over 24 hours for me, no drop after claim.
Acquired all other twitch drops already, account linked, everything was done correctly. But yeah, I know Blizzard doesn’t fix or care about this issue. Complaining here means nothing lol.
Well over 24 hours. No toy. No communication from blizzard. What do both of these have in common? Not surprised by either.
