When you destroy the Goblin Transponder, normally Engineer Scooty in Booty Bay has a dialogue option along the lines of “Scooty! I’ve Lost my Transponder!” and he gives you a new one. But he does not do it right now, meaning if you destroythe goblin transponder as horde you cannot enter gnomer outside of a summon or walking there.
