Goblin Starting Area

OK, fair. I have nothing further to add to this conversation.

As an aside, are these the same tribe as the ones in BfA? Are the ones in the STV town still friendly to Ally in BfA if so?

I think I want classic plus but I donā€™t (dead meme I know, donā€™t hurt me).

But seriously I agree itā€™s a pipe dream for people that want it because in reality I donā€™t think the classic wow team has the resources (art team, animators, etc) to just make new content like retail does since theyā€™re completely separate from the retail team.
I honestly think TBC is farfetched as well but Iā€™m glad to see people think theyā€™ll go that route. Theyā€™d make just as much money with far less work from doing TBC versus classic plus and thatā€™s really the bottom line at the end of the day to any company.

Your comments are always spot on, and include WoW references. 10/10, everything, all 4 judges agree.

Is it gone? Itā€™s there right now, in retail WoW. If you start a new goblin today, you play the goblin starter zones (up through the volcano and the mines) until level 14 or so.

There is no reason to put it in some other game, when it is there, now, in WoW.

Edit: I donā€™t think the players agree. I think we all mean something different when we say ā€œclassic-plusā€.

If the players all agreed, I think Classic-plus would be a pretty good game. A game I would enjoy.

IDK, it seems like they do with the Standard Game. Thatā€™s why itā€™s so abstract and weird.

The term now is ā€œsimpsā€.

YOUR DAD GAMER IS SHOWING.

Thatā€™s THEIR ideas. I agree ā€“ their ideas seem very abstract and weird to me.

Thatā€™s why Iā€™m eagerly looking forward to shadowlands ā€“ not.

Iā€™m not against the idea of classic+ at all. Activision/Blizz however is going to monetize WoW in the most efficient way possible. That is by releasing TBC and WotLK.

They would have to break form in a big way to do anything else. What players want isnā€™t their focus. What is the most cost effective thing players will pay for is.

Not particularly just their ideas. Iā€™m sure member feedback played a role.
