Goblin shredders should fly or be DRIVE style mounts

I don’t understand why you would offer these as rewards when they are just ground mounts? I don’t expect every mount to fly or use the new drive mechanic, but… it is super weird that these can’t do either.

not everything has to be a flying mount. i know thats the obvious answer but somehow you missed it.

I know that reading is hard, but obviously you missed it.

All motorcycles and mechanical mounts should have DRIVE while in the Undermine

This update would be so much better with mount diversity.

I want! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

DRIVE isn’t a mount system. It’s just a vehicle spell. So there’s nothing attached to actual mounts for this.

I don’t mind old ones not, but new ones absolutely. Imagine being able to skid around in a big mech suit?

I want them to fly, I was disappointed when I got the green one and found out it doesn’t fly so I was double disappointed because I wanted the purple one and for it to fly.

I got the purple one, hearthed to Dornogal and had immediate disappointment. I assumed it might fly, but it should at least use the DRIVE vehicle spell around Undermine.

Y’all seem to be missing a big part of this:

DRIVE is not a mount system. It’s not attached to mounts in any way. It’s a vehicle spell, like the Wrath vehicle spells.

So there’s no way right now to add mounts to something that isn’t added to mounts in the first place.

Even if they gave us the car itself after Undermine is over as a mount, it would be an actual mount and separate from the vehicle spell in Undermine.

No.

slaps hand

no flying snails for you.

But my piggeh is lonely and needs his snail friend!

:dracthyr_cry_animated:

It would be silly if they could DRIVE. I mean, how would they drift?

It is odd that they don’t fly, because other shredders DO fly.

Have you not seen like…Armored Core mechs drifting?

Those are more “flying while dragging their feet.” At least, that’s what it looks like in the videos…

Well, yeah. That’s how it’s done. It’s not as if drifting in a car was intended behavior for tires in the first place.

Or Girls Und Panzer. Tanks drifting harder than Takumi’s Toyota AE86
