Is there any item that is equivalent to the goblin’s racial? I am considering switching races but that is one thing I would be missing greatly. Is there any item that would have a similar movement effect for combat?

I can’t think of it’s name, but I’m fairly certain (not 100%) there’s an engineering item.
Why do you want to switch races? Goblins are the best!

Do those Infernal Stones from Broken Shore count? The ones you get when you do the Key Gambling with nethershards.
