Goblin players, do you like your hertiage armor?

I been wanting to make a Marksman Hunter for awhile now, wondering if goblins hertiage armor looks good or not

If the helmet showed some hair like the bangs of a goblin girl, it would be INCREDIBLY cute.

Or at least the ponytail in the back.

I personally find it boring and uninspired. A lot of other Goblin players feel similar sentiments, but I am sure a few like it

I’ve been leveling a goblin. I just hit 80, I can’t wait to get it.

(Commentary): I don’t play a Goblin, but the Goblin and Gnome heritage armors both feel very uninspired to me. You compare them to stuff like the Blood Elf armor, or the Tauren armor, or the Mag’har, and it feels kind of like Gnome/Goblin heritage was phoned in.

I like the option to have the goggles on or up on their forehead

Parts of it. You can’t use it all together. The goggles are very awesome. Belt is neat too. Dont care for the shoulders.

My little lowbie alt is leveling in style (not Nys here…)

what do you mean can’t use it all together??

I like it took forever to get on my stupid undergeared shaman but I think it was worth it

It looks like it should have been the questing set you get from doing the Kezan starting zone. Like they took a boring standard leather set and just glued some rockets on it, slapped some goggles on the helm and said, that’s goblin enough.

I really like it. One of my favorites.

I like the simple flight mechanic look of it for RP, but as armor that’s appealing to the eyes I can see why people dislike it.

I agree, but I think it’s like that for most races. Full sets get boring but individual pieces of heritage sets can spice up a transmog.

I agree. I think it’s because both gnomes and goblins were never made to be taken seriously. They are the one note joke races so they don’t have the depth of culture, personality or lore to draw from that many of the other races have. They have no real heritage that isn’t comic relief to build on to create a heritage armour set.

Spouse and I play goblins on the horde side. We both love the goblin armor. I love the simplicity and the arsenal of explosives on the belt and shoulder. I like that the goggles can be worn on top of the helmet as an alternative. I don’t really wear the Bronzebeard armor on my dwarf. It’s a bit much in some areas. Goblin hits the right balance, IMO.

Edit: This is the gun that spouse uses on his goblin hunter to complete the theme:

At least it’s better than the worgen set.

Not like that’s saying much, but still.

Meh like 3/10 for me.

The back is way too bare and I wish there were an option to just have the goggles without the helmet, but other than that I think it’s decent.

Dont forget the nightborne armor that is total crap.

I think the Goblin armor looks pretty cool. If I could make a change it would be to have the goggles red glass look the same on both sides.
