Finally can’t take the terrible animations that both male and female orcs have. Looking to switch my DK to either Goblin or Undead. Goblin ladies are super cute. But Undead is super cool. Although the fact that we still don’t have upright Undead is a huge turn off.
Thoughts?
I think Goblin is the play. Cute and the racial does hurt to have as a Death Knight.
Still personally like humans and undead the most of all races visually.
undead Dk is safe choice
but goblin dk has its appeal. like adventurous goblin who stumble upon some lich king artifacts and end up possessed

How can you even consider staring at the waddling behind of a goblin hour after hour?
Nightborne (forsaken is cool but soon You realise only 2/3 mogs look good and all the most resent set look horrible but animations are really good)
I don’t know why people are making suggestions based on looks, that’s 100% subjective meaning it has no value and can’t help you since you might have a different and equally worthy opinion on that subject.
Gameplay wise Goblin is just better, rocket jump helps DK a lot due to lack of mobility and it can also cancel fall dmg, the extra 1% haste is useful in all specs. Undeads have WotF, which is not so useful because you already have lichborne on DK.
So the objectively right answer is Goblin. But you might value your subjective preferences higher, like many do including me, which is fine too.
Undead…just for the extra “death”…

I’d say Goblins. I hardly ever see them among all the other horde races.
I mean it’s not awe inspiring like Zandalar or old school Orc. Female undead are fine. I just can’t get over the hunched body type look.

As adorable as the small races are, their massively disproportionate heads make almost all the transmogs look silly on them (the shoulder armor scaling looks doubly stupid on them as well), so unless you are OK with the silly look, or are OK with hiding the helm, I would go with Undead - it’s actually what my DK is well, though I also found the Trolls and Nightborne look good as well.
Elves, Gnomes, and Pandaren have the best 2-hand animation in the game imo.
Ours is the zaniest. You gotta check Wowhead and make damn sure, lest you blow 25 bucks on a mistake.
Goblin all the way. Fun animations, good personality, and can be made to look surprisingly dignified.
Goblin if female, UD if male
I personally prefer diminutive races. So I would pick Goblin. However, if you are more about the lore and what fits thematically, then you should go Undead.
An undead DK during Lichborne is the only time your undead character can be classified as undead in the game.
Having rocket jump on a class that has roughly the mobility of an egg-shaped rock is always good.
