I can complete the last part of the onyxia amulet quest chaine. The final part is in front of stormwind. “Go With Honor, Friend.”
Note I don’t have the DF expansion.
Are you standing in the glowy white circle? When you do that, you should get an action button that pops up.
Do you not have the circle, or the action button?
