Gnomes are better than Dwarves

When you look at it, all Dwarves do is drink ale and hide underneath a mountain.

The Gnomes get a lot of punes, yet, are still out there getting into barfights with Goblins.

I don’t think there’s a great case for the gnomes so i’m going to say it’s dwarves are better. There’s the golems, mole machines, flying machines, tanks, and gun power so it’s easy to replace the gnome.

Gnomes may be more intelligent but I’d give the edge to dwarves - most glorious beards.

I mean Ironforge would be the hardest city to siege in Azeroth. If all hell broke loose, I’d imagine they would be the last to die out.

Gnomes can’t hold their drinks.

Therefore: Dwarves > Gnomes

Also I heard Gnomes die from alcohol poisoning if they drink a thimbleful of beer :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

While I don’t want to agree with a blanket statement, the reason why I DO agree is that Dwarves feel like a copy and paste of Tolkienian Dwarves. Gnomes at least have their own distinct culture, backstory, and aesthetic.

I think Dwarwes are a race we should all aspire to.

  • Drinking
  • Laughing

There’s a quest to steal pillows from Dwarfs!
That’s how important sleeping is for them.

Gnomes are great fun and super cute!

But I wish we got a real Gnomeregan back, in super Glorious Gnomeness. I think that would go a long way to making people like Gnomes more.

Agreed! This is why I think they really missed the mark, in not rebuilding a real Gnomeregan. They could have had Zidormi around to let people do the Dungeon still, since that is something they do a lot now.

That’s not really saying a whole lot. The bars pretty low, even by gnome standards, for that one.
