In lore Gnomes have taken back Gnomeregan, though hasn’t been reflected fully in game though is shown during a pet battle scenario.

Funny how some people spell “given” with a T. and an A. also a K. The E and N make sense. So I suppose that’s a 60. still an F. For “fail” Spelled with an F also an A it has an I and an L too.
It’s one of the reasons people want to see a revamp of the world that reflects a lot of the changes that haven’t been displayed in Game.
