According to comments on Wowhead she is still available with the recent PC version of Warcraft Rumble. So if for whatever reason you never bothered with the phone version of the game you should still be able to add her to your pet collection.
I know personally that even though the initial offer mentioned a limited time frame to acquire her I ended up getting her months later after I upgraded to a new phone.
