Not sure if this fight is bugged or what. But I bring in my second pet no matter what kind at full HP. He hits with a poison attack and some how managed to kill it off with full hp.
If you look at the ability and if I remember it says it will do like 1.8k damage or something in 8 turn cooldown. Cheaters I’ll tell you.
It was a tough fight. I used the Unborn Val’kyr/Hare combo from Xu-Fu. The first time, did not work; the 2nd, didn’t even need pet #3. (another hare) Just make sure the Hare is faster than 319.
It’s not bugged, Gnomefeaster will hit huge on turn 3.
So design a team around that, either blocking the turn 3 attack or using Dark Rebirth turn 2, using a pet you want to die, or using an undead, mechanical, or magic pet to live longer.
As Corrosion X is its only hard-hitting move, and it has an 8 turn cool-down, this is not a difficult fight at all.

Any magic pet can essentially absorb a huge hit, too. That includes in pvp against Iron Starlettes.
