Stop trying to fix what isn’t broken.
You know what IS broken, and has been since the wotlk prepatch? Female human weapon sizes. They’re bigger than male tauren weapons, for heck’s sake. Fix THAT and stop vandalizing things that have been in the game for literally fifteen years just to make busywork for your interns.
Gnomes have had huge mounts forever. Why did they decide to change them now?
Probably because one person complained about it.

That person was me, on the bug report forum.
Some Gnome mounts are incredibly huge for them, like that Krolusk one I got. Then I go by a Night Elf on the same mount, which is much smaller (making me think it would look better if we just switched.)
Other Gnome mounts, like the dog from the shop, are sized just right.
Obvious bug is obvious.
They’re shrinking mounts for gnomes and tauren so they look more normal.
I won’t complain…it’s silly how big mounts are for my Gnome.
This is wonderful news, I have been waiting years to see the mounts smaller for gnomes. Now if they could just shrink weapons that drag through the ground…
Hope they keep working on all the weird things like this. My Goblin’s hands hardly ever touch the reins on many mounts. Some weapons not only drag on the ground but they dig into it too!
I think they should leave the weapons digging into the ground but add a torn earth effect that follows. Have the effect linger for a second or so. “A Gnome was here” =P
They even said it wasnt intended. Just stop OP. The disproportion on gnomes and tauren are absolutely ridiculous and its a good thing theyre actually doing something about it. Its unreal to even think people are mad about this.

The poor 'lil gnome is two feet from the reins of her huge mount.
We are not talking about proportion, because as I said mounts I’m on are way bigger than a night elf female next to me, on the same mount.
