Just wondering, is the Gnome Racial of +5%int based on your total Int including gear or is it just +5% of your base Int, excluding gear?

Int doesn’t increase damage just your mana pool, fyi.
Er… well maybe some talents that give damage based on int or smth.
Int gives a small amount of spell crit in Vanilla.

It’s based on your max, so it scales with anything. The same is true for blood fury and the health bonus.
If you are going to PvE as a caster Gnome is the way to do it. They are not bad for PvP either… If you want to PvP as an Alliance Lock go Gnome
