Gnome Heritage armor quest starting point?

I tried looking for some guides on the starting point for the gnome heritage armor quest chain but I just found some videos showing the quest chain itself, any info on where this bad boy begins? It says we have to complete a part of the 8.2 MSQ so maybe it’s just gated behind as far as I could get on day 1?

you start it outside the embassy in stormwind
