Since every race is getting every spec/class treatment it seems, why not Gnome shamans or Druids?
I mean who wouldnt want a gnome druid that turns into a tiny lil kitty cat or maybe a squirrel for travel form.
I want to see a gnome in ghost form too. Maybe turn into a tiny hedgehog or similar rodent.
The elements have standards. That is why no gnome shaman.
Honestly, at this point, I kinda want gnome druid forms to be extra huge compared to every other race’s instead.
I mean
I’m usually the first to jump up and be against just dropping class/race restrictions without doing any legwork to actually make new lore justifying it…
But this is rich coming from a goblin.
Everything is rich from a goblin.

But as a goblin, you can’t expect me to support a gnome, and should expect me to exaggerate for my own benefit.

Goblins are super cool cuz of WCII RTS. You should play that and you will like goblins even more. I have it on CD-ROM version so it has the glitch to where ships on the map can glitch to keep shooting at you randomly and they are invisible and will end up destroying everything that you have sometimes because of the glitch so you have to hurry up and win. But even if that glitch still exists on the digital version you should try a full clear of WCII. Good lore, lots of cool goblin stuff in there as well. And that’s @ everyone who keeps posting saying goblins are a joke race in WoW.

Remember years ago when Blizzard used to launch WoW with the message of the day. Different custom message everyday. Community could vote on their fav ones and those would get used more…but as one of them went it joked how gnomes cant be paladins because they cant reach the light…and yea that joke was originally from the old MoTD. “Why can’t gnomes be paladins? Because they can’t reach the light.” Is how it went.
I’d rather gnomes, and mechagnomes by extension, get nothing than an infantilized mockery of druids.
They’re not going to get smaller forms than everyone else. When the existing druid races turn into bears or bear-like creatures, they put on several hundred pounds. The reverse isn’t going to happen with gnome, mechagnome, or goblin druids just because of their normal sizes.
And this is also out of the question because you can’t ride a regular-sized squirrel. By design, the default Travel Forms for every race are animals that you can ride, as part of Mount Form. The one Travel Form option that can’t be ridden is the cheetah, which snaps you back to your default if you enter Mount Form.
They’d have the same Ghost Wolf model as everyone else. It’s never been race-specific like druid forms, and I can’t fathom what hedgehogs would have to do with shamanism.
