Makes zero sense. They have no connection to the Wild Gods or Emerald Dream. Let’s not shoehorn in more crap lore.
People cry about how much the storyline sucks and yet want things like this.

Want to make those robotic Gnome things more popular, and maybe Maybe keep a few alliance players? make the Mecha Gnome Druid.
you don’t even have to make new models, just take the existing mechanical pets, scale them up and toss in the existing Druid rigs/ animations into them and call it GG.

Except Pandaren have Wild Gods. The Celestials are Wild Gods. So Celestial forms could be a thing. Nuizao tank form, Xuen kitty form, Yu’lon colored version of Astral form for Balance.
Even I couldn’t argue the lore on that one when someone first brought to my attention the Celestials. Granted, they haven’t been in the Dream for quite some time, but they can be reintroduced. That lore isn’t shoehorned, it’s already established.

I’ve given up on the Lore.
Very freeing. Lets me imagine stuff that many players would enjoy that isn’t allowed for arbitrary lore reasons. You should try it some time it’s quite enjoyable.

I still hate the idea and I hope it never happens. I really hate seeing them in game tbh, it kills my immersion. Like I just want to pet my molten corgi and ride my magical carpet in peace without the realism being broken, but then I see a disgusting fur ball run up and down the streets of SW, totally kills my immersion

I dont think Mechagnomes need to pray to some tree bum god when they could just straight up transform into a mechanical bear instead through science and stuff.

Wow. Talk about throwing lore completely out the window. I think you just ripped it into shreds, threw it outside, caught it on fire, then ground the ashes into non-existence.
I haven’t. Because I hate homogenization. It’s why I dislike other MMOs and enjoy the small unique things still left in WoW.

The Story maybe bad, but there shouldn’t be any reason to restrict race/class combo, considering they have crossed that threshold, so many times.
