the ww2 bad guys were methaddicts, although the SS had a height requirement, they were all tiny on the inside

I have been seeing this kind of thing for quite some time now.
I have not quite figured out what it is all about. Sometimes I see the “player” in question moving around interacting with other players and then later find them dead in the streets.
I am kinda thinking these may be the basis for some RP activity. Maybe something along the lines of suspicious death investigation.
I have sent numerous questions to Blizzard asking for an explanation and of course got ZERO answers.
This seems to only be happening in ORG. I have never seen another one in any other major city.
