Gnaw and Leap Auto cast

Anyone else having the issue where Gnaw and Leap are set to auto cast after logging on?

This happens periodically since the new expac and I constantly have to keep toggling them off but I don’t see anything where its being addressed or a known issue. Curious if its related to an addon or a general issue in game.

I only run into this after a hotfix or reset. Annoying, but something I usually check.
