G.m.o.d in lfr?

Did G.M.O.D LFR Drop % Get buffed along with the others? I have ran it like 20 times and no drop, am i unlucky?

Everything got buffed, apparently.

5% is still like 5 times better than it was, but it’s is still only 5% and that’s 5% on every single kill regardless of how many times you kill it.

Also, you’re killing Jaina, right? In LFR, GMOD drops from Jaina, not Mekka.

Yes about 30-45 runs in and nothing all jaina

That’s a 78-90% probability of having GMOD assuming 5%. I’d say you’ve reached unlucky now but not statistical anomaly.

Unlucky. The buff is just +5%.

Assuming it has a 1% drop rate, chance of no drop after 20 attempts is (1 - 0.06)^20 =0.29 = 29%

It’s not that low.

Killed her in LFR on all 12 of my characters and got no GMOD. Bad luck. This is why people have like 30 alts, huh?

Content droughts, remix, numerous leveling events like the timeways we are currently in, and the fact that leveling 1-80 takes all of a weekend even without help is why people have 30 alts.

They just use those 30 alts to farm mounts after getting bored enough to level them.

Yep and you can only kill it 1 toon per week :roll_eyes::man_facepalming:t5: but you can get GMOD mount to drop in every mode too, unlike the others

I suggest going for only the glacial tidestorm, G.M.O.D has been a nightmare

It’s a good raid to farm, G.M.O.D as well as Glacial Tidestorm.

Anyways is farming LFR wings the “meta”? I suppose it makes sense, fewer bosses. I’ve just been running each raid on Mythic.

PS According to the dungeon journal, G.M.O.D does NOT drop from LFR.

Ah thats right, i think they did that so people wouldnt leave after the 1st boss of that wing
