Thanks Blizzard, now I don’t need to waste my time carrying people in LFR because you decided to move the GMOD to jaina. instead like I and I am sure others who were just using it for an extra mekk kill will do is just skip it like always. heres a better thought remove the mount from LFR people in LFR don’t need it if they want it have them exert the effort to do normal (Shocking thought)

Depends are you a mount collector and like extra mount chances?
Bad as now you have to sit in the cesspool of LFR to get to Jaina instead of just having an extra mekka kill weekly
Good if you arent or just don’t care

I haven’t done that raid yet. So Mekka was a solo queue?

I just dont see why it is an issue NOW and not in Ant. They didnt move the felhound mount to High Command.

Basically like any other LFR queue you queue for it Mekka had the chance to drop GMOD like normal/heroic/mythic and people would bail after mekka I wonder why (different topic) and they moved the source of the mount from the first boss in that wing to the end boss to make it just not worth the time for another chance at the mount.

It makes no sense to drop off Jaina because of what it is. (I do get that they’re probably doing it because people are bailing.) It’s kinda funny though.

And somehow it was never an issue in Legion but it is now an issue? I find that really hard to understand. At this point just remove the mount from LFR or put it back on mekkas loot table.

This change should’ve happened before the wing came out. Also, I don’t get why mounts drop from LFR anyways. Normal should be good enough.

Secondly if they cared this should have been addressed back in legion and as it’s been stated LFR shouldn’t drop mounts. Remove the mount drops from LFR and the lfr raiders can stick to doing their queues with out problems then

I’m pretty sure the reason LFR is so bad is because the people you get put with are completely random, not because people bail.

Are you saying that you only queued up in LFR for Mekkatorque and then quit?

If history is any indication then LFR people lost even more because you have to kill the last boss and there won’t be people patient enough to carry.

Its to avoid people leaving LFR after killing the 1st boss on that wing

Me too. It’s an ugly mount but it would make me go from 457 to 458 so I need it.

The hotfix is to keep the mount collectors from leaving after first boss.
