Unable to learn Glyph of Twilight Bloom. Cannot use glyphs on spells learned in talent tree. Unable to learn talent and apply due to Lifebloom being the first talent in the tree.

Updated for Dragonflight:
If you try to use this glyph while talented into Undergrowth you will get an error message. Just talent out of it, apply your glpyh, and re-talent back into it.
