This has probably been argued multiple times before but im really feeling the drive for this matter; What could possibly be the reason for gatekeeping Legendary Weapon appearances mogging from a 10min temporary glyph buff? Were getting HOUSING in a couple of months, so on the note of creativity and player imagination why not let this Glyph run wild. Remove the restriction for legendaries, and also the 1H-2H restrictions. As a fury warrior, it would be absurdly fun to fight a raid boss while cycling through the appearnce of Thunderfury, the Warglaives, Fyr’alath, and Shadowmourne in random orders being dual wielded. Yes, I am asking for a “break the standard” on the Mog rules, but its a 10min buff from a glyph. Granted, the ability has a 1.5 min cooldown so we could alwayas cycle through whenever we pleased but as Druids have their forms, Warriors should be able to showcase our Weapons as a kind of a Trophy. As warriors, we have quite literally Zero utility, So Please Blizzard, give us some fun. End Rant.
You can mog legendaries right now on the same weapon types on retail, if you as a fury warrior want to show off both fyralath and shadowmourne you are able to. As prot you can mog thunderfury too over your 1h weapon.
As for 1h to 2h mogs that isn’t happening anytime soon.
My point is that as a glyph it should override the Transmog “rules”. its a glyph, for a specific spec of a single class. To withhold appearances is objectivley arbitruary at this point.
