Glyph of the Sentinel not working

I payed 3000 gold for this glyph, and it was ok, working as intended. Now I dinged 100 and glyph is not working anymore. I am back at bat form as troll druid =(

I'm curious about this myself, used it on my lowbie tauren druid and he still appears as the standard bird, does this require epic flight form to even work, if so, would have been nice to know that in advance.

I was having the same issue. I had glyph of the sentinel and glyph of the orca in my bags. I put the glyph of the orca in my bank and I was then able to use glyph of the sentinel. Im not sure if you have the orca glyph in your bags but getting rid of it worked for me.

I made the glyph for myself, but it isn't workin'. I don't know if I need to be a certain level for it? My Druid is level 60, and I vaguely remember my friend saying it worked for him. I'm confused.

I'm also having the same issue. I applied the glyph at 59 (I was in the Outlands at the time, so I was able to fly), yet it doesn't seem to take effect. The sound effect for the owl plays, but I'm still visually the regular bird.

I'm having the same issue on my druid, level 59. Just applied the glyph to my travel form and I still appear to be an ugly bat. =/

Same issue as others listed here. Spell book icon shows that it's applied to Travel Form. Owl sound plays, however no change in graphic to the sentinel owl.

Yep, just bought it and to my dismay, same problem. It makes the owl sound effect, but I'm still a crow...

Update: Just got Artisan Riding skill at level 70. Now Sentinel owl working.

The real kicker...is It only works on the travel form for the spec your in when you apply it. I am balance, and I applied it in balance spec. I also play resto and guardian occasionally. But I would have to buy a new glyph for each of these specs to have Sentinal for flying.

Bleh.

This seems to still be an active bug. I applied it as soon as I got into Outlands and I'm still shapeshifting into a bat. Any responses from Blizz on this issue?

I used this glyph on my level 60 druid, guardian spec, applied on travel form. Didnt work still regular bird. I read the glyph description and it says "Swift travel form"

I figured I need to be level 70 and get 280% flight speed as it says "Swift". True enough, glyph works now after buying Artisan Riding from trainer.

I just dinged 70 bought the next level flying.. shapeshifted and now my owl is working after being stuck with the ugly bat... it is the flight level that sticks you!!! hope this helps anyone else who was confused today

I have to concur with Lascielle. Glyph didn't work through level 58 to 70 for me, upgraded my flight form, then it magically activated. Pretty sure it's working as intended. Though if you ask me, it's intended purpose could stand to be redone.

As this is still an open topic, I’d like to add my two cents and note this entire situation is disappointing as I can no longer use owl form, and am stuck with the ugly bat.

Blizzard: Please allow druids to choose the ‘default’ animal form they wish to use and switch between the glyphs freely.

Right now the AH shows 4 glyphs of sentinel for sale at 28,000 gold each, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to get it in any other manner once over 80+.
