Glyph is doing the exactly opposite its meant to do. its literally halving your rejuv healing instead of increasing it by 50%

Removed the glyph now of course… No point of having something making me heal less when my target is below 50%. checked with no glyph and now healing 1k per tick when rejuv’d target is below 50% hp.
Check the combat log, it’s working as intended:

So this isn’t a bug then. Ill change it over to resolved unless otherwise indicated.
