So apparently this rare has been bugged for days now, seems that even when you pull the roots it won’t activate, really lame as I want the green sword.

From what I seen, the bug is either from certain servers or shards you’re in. While it sucks, if you go into custom. You can find groups maybe that see it unbugged. Same with protector
