The glowing eyes on Worgen faces that have them are missing the glow. This is especially noticeable when in dark rooms and areas in the world such as in the Caverns of Time.
This is possibly related to the issue with Worgen eyes not blinking.

As of today, worgen eyes are still not glowing, even after choosing a face variant with this feature.
A basic pass at eye blinking has been implemented on the PTR for a few weeks, but any degree of eye glowing has not been introduced on live or on the PTR.
A good location to test this behavior is “55.13, 68.32”, underground in the Caverns of Time, and on top of the fractured stone arch where it contacts the cavern wall.
As far as I’m aware, Worgen still don’t blink while sitting on the PTR. Might be true for mount animations as well.
Hopefully the eye glow issue gets fixed soon along with the addition of blinking for the Worgen models.
