Brining Hexy Back achievement will not work. Achievement requires class to have pet since witch doctors cast ‘unstable hex’ on you to transform you into frog to kill boss with pet. That does NOT work. If spell hits you, it does countdown then a number 1 appears over head and no transformation. Already tried this on Hunter/Warlock with pets both on Heroic & Mythic to see if mythic messed up. No dice. How bout a fix so I can complete achievement. Still waiting on all my other fix requests to complete other achievements. Grr.
It doesn’t. You can use damage trinkets while hexed, so I was able to just one shot the boss with geargrinder’s spare keys.
IDK, I literally just walked in and got hexed and did vol’kaal first attempt. The witchdoctors will often miss their cast against a level 80, so it can take some time to get hexed. Only problem I had was my DISC was set up for damage and it would just randomly proc and kill the witchdoctors

I’ve watched videos from folks who said must have a pet to do this one. interesting. Liked to do old achievements on my pali so thinking I can try this on him if this would actually work.
