Glory of the Orgrimmar Raider - Is this easy to get done quick?

I know some take longer with parts and longer lockouts etc, just wondering if anyone knew how easy/long this one takes?

The wowhead comments under these types of achieves are usually super helpful if some parts require multiple lock outs or players.

none of those glory are usually easy or quick - all the ones I have done have at least one annoying part
