Trying to get the most out of WoW. So I’m trying to solo Amalgam of Souls in Black Rook Hold Mythic. As a druid I’m using talent Brambles which can do a small amount of damage to the attacker. But I’m affraid to hit the boss, even when i’m naked (no gear/neck, rings, trinkets, and weapons) I feel I would one shot it.
There are some bosses that the Achievement needs to enter phase two of a fight.
So is there anything I can do or use to get the boss to phase 2 without one shooting them?
Right now your best shot is to quickly make an alt and XP lock it as soon as the legacy buff kicks in for Legion. Achievements are account wide so it doesn’t matter which character earns them.
Try using the toy Whole-Body Shrinka.’ I used this for a similar Wrath of the Lich King dungeon achievement to get a boss to 50% without killing it. Takes some practice to use, but it brings your damage way down.
Luckly the achievement is warbound now. I was able to use a fresh lvl 80 alt. strip them of all gear and just punched their way to phase two.
