The Glorious Medal of Honor badges (2500 honor for 1500 honor BoA) are missing from the honor vendor today. I was buying them all day yesterday up until the vendors were removed to fix the trophy issue.
Across all my characters is the same, they are missing from the vendors. No Bnet or client updates solved the issue.
