Can we remove or lower the CD of these scrolls, having a 2hr CD with a max of 1hr duration is rather annoying.
If not, can we have an engineer tinker craftable that requires a bunch of those scrolls as ingredients, then we can waste a tinker slot in our armour and have a no CD version of the gleeful glamour scroll.
I think they’re fine as is. If you’re using them that often maybe you should consider a race change instead?
Yes!! PLEASE god let me just have gleeful glamour up all the time! Until they open up the race/class combo I want, the least they can do is let me waste my gold on infinite gleeful glamours that have a CD no greater than the duration of the effect.

They aren’t giving you the freedom to play one race and look like another race indefinitely, for free.
If it was possible I would have just leveled the race/class of my choice by now.
Have you seen the prices of gleeful glamour, I’ll need to buy tokens to keep my addiction going 24/7. 
They’re not intended to be usable all the time because that’s what race change service is for. Every toy that changes race is the same.
People seem to be under the incorrect impression that any reasonable person would ever choose having to refresh an expensive glamour every hour for the rest of their gameplay experience (with a miserably limited, painfully tedious ability to control how your customization turns out), over just getting a race change… Anyone who can get a race chance, will. Blizz would not lose any money here, because if anyone wanted to play a different race that badly, they’d just fork over the race change fee rather than bother with the hassle (and inaccuracy/lack of control) of glamours.
The only people who would actually use this in place of a race change are the those of us who cannot race change due to race/class restrictions. So… again, they wouldn’t be getting race change money off us anyway, since that’s not an option for us. 
And faction. Void Elf glamours ftw.
Unfortunately, a race change is not always an option. I use the glamour to be a ne due to their jumping animation and a shaman can’t change to a ne.
what if we just put race/faction changes in the barber shop
I think enchanters should get a longer duration when used.

Yea, I also thought adding the downside of sacrificing a gear slot/tinker slot for a purely cosmetic option would make it easier to swallow.
I’d be surprised if that ever happens.
