Previously, you could use a Gleeful Glamour, log out, and when you logged back in it would still be active.
Now, when you log back in, the buff is still there, but the appearance is no longer active. Re-using the item replaces the buff and fixes this, but goes on full 2 HR cooldown.
Honestly though this shouldn’t even have a 2 HR cooldown to begin with…
