How do you toggle it on?
I cant find anything in transmog. I got the heroic shoulders
It’s an item you get in the mail.
It was bugged and not working pre 10.0.5. I’m not sure if it’s fixed.

It has been. Used to only show the added lightning effect to my helmet as an Evoker, now it’s been applied to the shoulders too.

Where you seeing it? I assumed there would be 2 x options in transmogorifier.

Once you get pieces without a lightning effect, the lightning one shows up next to it in the transmog tab. It was instant for me once using it, so it might be worth putting in a ticket or waiting a day or 2 for it to register.
doesnt for paladin i only got one helm
Somewhat old thread, but if you loot an item with a tier appearance naturally (that is, as a direct item drop and not a reward from a tier token, the vault, or upgrading an existing item via valor to a new ilvl threshold) then you have to re-log for the secondary appearance to show up in appearances. This has worked for each natural item I’ve looted so far.
