I completed the Deep cuts from the Vault Achievement, received and used my Gleaming Incarnate Thunderstone however new xmog options with the added affects did not unlock.
From my own research and what a GM told me, this appears to be a widespread problem.
I tried relogging, closing game and bnet client, and restarting but still none of the additional appearances have appeared in the item lists for head or shoulders.
I do have the base form tier pieces unlocked already, not look alikes
I am looking in the individual item lists, not on the set page
This seems to be an issue for all 3 stone items from Dragonflight as I have received and used all 3 and none are working.
This problem appears to be widespread with no way for us or Gms to resolve.
I would really like to use the additional appearances I have “unlocked” and hope this will be fixed soon.
I am also having this issue when I obtained this gleaming stone and the one from abberus. I had the one from Amirdrassil when it was current so I cannot comment on that one
This is beyond disappointing but not surprising in the least
We just finished the Mythic for the stone. How does everything break all the time?
It’s just the lack of polish or accountability that’s so upsetting
I’ll give you another example that irks me to this day:
The heroic DH set from Tomb of Sargeras.
Every other set has legs that match the color of the set, except inexplicably the heroic version.
Set is purple, the legs are red……
Unfortunately the chest piece is a dress that covers the legs so it’s not obvious and glaring enough of a mistake for them ever to take the 5 minutes tops work it would take to make the legs the correct purple color
Hopefully this will be different and eventually they’ll fix it, but my hope is small
