I think this is a great idea. Start with unarmored version at 1800, and each tier 2100/2400/2700 would add a feature to it armor and cosmetics etc.
Everyone wins then and gives you incentive to push and make your mount look cooler

kinda got the idea they were gonna do this with your dragonriding dragon in DF
If itâs one mount that progressively gets more features then that would be ok.
That would be idea so say S3. 1800 would just be an unarmored shade beast with red eyes and a ground mount only.
2100 would give it armor
2400 would give it flying + those shadowy wings
2700 would be a special cosmetic to change color of wings maybe if we need to go that far
thats a plain shadebeast and what 1800 should be. Ground mount shadebeast
2700 it would leave behind a rainbow
You donât have a gladiator mount so why are you so worried about it?
What a weird post. You donât have to have something to hold the opinion that people shouldnât just be given everything out of a sense of entitlement

They are. Just not with a Glad mount.
You unlock multiple appearances at 1000 1200 1400 1600 1800. Cloak and enchant at 2100, Tabard at 2400, Mount at Gladiator and titles ar every step along the way.
PVP has never had so many rewards at so many checkpoints before in the history of wow.
