- Game Version: Cataclysm Classic/Mist of Pandaria Classic
*Hello, my 2 mount items have gone missing during a bug thats happened on day 1 of the Mist of Pandaria prepatch.Both my Merciless Nether Drake and Vengeful Nether Drake items have vanished after having to relearn them by right clicking them due to faulty coding or bugs in the patch.I have learned them and they are safely in my mount journal/tab, but the items corresponding to the mounts have been consumed and vanished after having to relearn.I respecfully ask for you to return them to my bank tab, you’ll find 2 empty slots where they were always placed on my character Mihal-Faerlina.I ask that you mail them back to me in game or search for them into the abyss of the void of wherever they have been taken to.Many others are experiencing the same problem that I am facing, and would like our problems to be resolved swiftly and sufficiently.Please fix this soon, it is outrageous and quite possibly the most bugged prepatch that I have experienced especially throughout the classic wow remakes of the past 6 years.
P.S. I was informed to report my findings on the bug report forums via a ticket IG, so here I am explaining my pin pointing on how it went.
Same issue here, also when I log into the world I fall through the ground and when I cast Holy Shock, the sound effect keeps repeating itself infinitely.
Noticed I was missing my glad mounts yesterday, I put a ticket in and woke up this morning with them restored.

Have title have the rating have the achievenment HAD THE MOUNT its gone now, at first I HAD THE MOUNT and No TITLE NOW I GOT THE TITLE AND NO MOUNT FOR 2 WEEKS CMON MAN
Missing my s11 glad mount as well, I had it one day and then gone the next. Achievements and title for mount and glad are still there
Mine were recovered by clicking the mount item itself so that it transferred into my mount tab.I had forgotten that in MoP is when the item itself starts to vanish after relearning it.If you aren’t able to right click the gladiator mount item to learn it or its completely missing then yeah a ticket would probably be your safest bet.Mine were sitting in my bank since Wrath classic when you didn’t have to click on the physical item itself anymore and had forgotten about it for a brief moment.Lastly yeah if you aren’t able to relearn your mount to bring it into your mount tab/journal then its a bug and that you should make a ticket about it.

I recently noticed that my Draconic Gladiator’s Drake is no longer available on my account, despite having DF S4 Gladiator achievement as I can no longer transform my highland drake on Rostrum of Transformation.
This is quite frustrating and it seems that I can’t get it fixed myself neither through support.
