When a gladiator mount (*legend) for solo shuffle? I think it’s a good idea to encourage healers.

I 100% agree, I hope this thread soars soo high, Blizzard has to talk about it during their Caramel Macchiato breaks. BUMP!
considering its 500x easier to climb shuffle as a dps i dont see how this encourages healers
almost every healer currently playing shuffle is only queueing to get a quick (painful) vault, if there was any actual incentive for climbing shuffle 90% of all people playing healer currently will respec dps to actually climb and make the problem even worse
on top of this considering shuffle is a meme bracket where you can get 2400+ pretty much as a participation trophy for picking demon hunter and keybinding your abilities id rather not see gladiator become even more of a meme than it already is

Too late man the prestige died years ago lol, it’s probably for the best. Rampant ego is fun for awhile but not great for people. I think it’s just about fun at this point, getting a cool dragon for reaching a threshold is fun.
I don’t really like the arbitrary 2400 number though, it would just make more sense to do a weekly reset % check imo. If you’re top 1% or something when Tuesday reset rolls around as the queues are temporarily unavailable, then you get a shuffle dragon in the mail or something.
They could still change the color or something per bracket.

If it’s only available for healers, then it might encourage healers.
Otherwise, it will mostly be DPS getting that mount.
Totally agree w ya! This new generation of player, I dont see them dedicating their life to a video game, like the older wow players did. Remember the early days how it seemed like a full time job every night just to keep up in your raiding guild. To the older players the glad mount meant something, not as much today.

i personally would be happy because finding partners for 3s is a pain… so becoming glad on solo shuffle sounds like a plus for me.

No thanks. RSS doesn’t even need it’s own re-color or whatever. Pears nailed it on another post. It should stop giving seasonal rewards at Rival. ‘Here’s your xmog, now find some friends or come back next season.’

at the very least i think blizzard should add anything of substance to make the finding friends for arena a far more accessible thing, instead of the hard barrier to entry pvp and small inner circle of the same good pvp players of always.
it’s no wonder ranked pvp in wow its nothing but a side step minigame
